Adare Trusted People Partners is one of Ireland's leading Employment Law, HR and Industrial Relations consultancies. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Employee Relations and Industrial Relations specialists to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and challenging people issues facing employers today. You'll partner directly with senior leaders, HR teams and business owners across a diverse client portfolio, helping them navigate complex workplace matters and achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Challenging employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and dismissal matters

• Workplace investigations involving complex and sensitive issues

• Organisational change projects, restructures and redundancy programmes

• Strategic HR and employment law advisory projects for organisations across multiple sectors

• Complex industrial relations disputes and conflict resolution

• Trade union engagement, negotiations and collective bargaining

• Representation and case preparation for the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and Labour Court

You'll work across a broad range of industries, supporting organisations through critical workplace challenges where your advice can directly influence business outcomes.

We're Looking For:

• A wide range of experience is required, from 5+ years' experience in ER, IR, HR or Employment Law for certain work through to 15+ years’ experience

• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and workplace relations practices

• Experience managing complex employee relations matters

• Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

• WRC, Labour Court and trade union experience is highly desirable
